The first organic cafe in the country, it has a fantastic vegetarian/vegan menu and prides itself on using seasonal, organic ingredients. With an upstairs tearoom, child-friendly area and outside seating, it’s a great spot for people-watching with a coffee and cake.

It’s a short drive out of Stroud, but a trip to this converted petrol station is totally worth it. An award-winning farmshop with a great cafe and the best coffee in the area, it has a characterful yurt and plenty of outside space to eat, drink and spend an afternoon.
